The Hilltopper

An up and coming neighborhood, the Hilltop is hot!  We were able to jump right in with our expertise and give this home a much needed renovation on a budget. Previously a shabby rental, we revitalized this colonial by relocating the kitchen and creating a casual dining area to open up the floorplan.  We preserved the original brick fireplace, moved the laundry from the basement to the second floor, and gutted the main bath.  We also added a half bath to the first floor and converted the attic to a loft/4th bedroom.
