Restoring Grandeur in Heart of the City
Built in 1880, this gem had great bones and historic charm. Our expertise took this home from meh to mind blowing! We lightened the palette with all new paint to highlight the 12 ft ceilings and original, large windows. The kitchen was complete remodeled and included quartz, custom cabinets, and warm brass finishes. We even added a secret butler's pantry for extra storage. We kept the amazing original chandeliers, but installed new lighting throughout the remainder of the home. New historically appropriate hardwood was installed through the first floor. Modern and eclectic decor gave the home a killer vibe.
A Facelift for this Family Home
From boring and drab to bright and modern, the midcentury ranch sold for 20k over asking price with fifteen offers! We converted a makeshift dining room to a fourth bedroom adding value. The dated galley kitchen became a chef's dream with granite, stainless, and white shaker cabinets. All three bathrooms received complete renovations and included tile surround showers, custom vanities, and designer fixtures. And the finished basement added over 700 square feet of flex space. The owners are proud to call this beauty home!
Up and Coming in Columbus
An up an coming neighborhood, the Hilltop is hot! We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really give this home a much needed renovation on a budget. Previously a shabby rental, we revitalized this colonial by relocating the kitchen and creating an casual dining area to open up the floorplan. We preserved the original brick fireplace, moved the laundry from the basement to the second floor, and gutted the main bath. We also added a half bath to the first floor and converted the attic to a loft/4th bedroom.
